Unauthorized Purchase by Minor on Apple and Refund Request
Dear Sir/Madam, I am submitting this petition to file a complaint and request the restoration of my rights regarding an issue involving an unauthorized purchase made under the services provided by Apple/PUBG Mobile. On February 9, 2025, a minor family member made a transaction totaling ₺3939 without my knowledge or consent, carried out through [Apple ku***@icloud.com / PUBG Mobile UID: 5206792****]. Since the purchase was made by a minor, it is legally invalid. Despite notifying both [Apple/PUBG Mobile] several times, no refund process has been initiated, which is contrary to both Consumer Rights and legal regulations. Therefore, I request the immediate cancellation of the unauthorized transaction, the refund of the amounts [₺1549.99, ₺1549.99, ₺30.99, ₺30.99, ₺779.00] to my account, measures to prevent similar incidents in the future, and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I expect a prompt and amicable resolution to this matter. However, if my rights are not restored, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board, BDDK (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency), and other relevant legal authorities.
