Scratched Apple Watch on Arrival

I got an Apple Watch from Media Markt. I opened it when I got home, but I didn't thoroughly inspect it. I went to bed, and the next morning, as I was getting ready to put it on to go to work, I noticed that it was scratched. I couldn't return it because I was late for work today. My first task for tomorrow will be to return the product, and I'd like to contact you about it. This situation has really disappointed me. I was expecting a brand-new, flawless product, but what I got was far from it. It's annoying because I was looking forward to using my new Apple Watch, but now I have to deal with this problem. I hope Media Markt will address this as soon as possible and provide a solution.
