Apple Watch 10 Paint Peeling on Multiple Spots Despite Careful Use

In March 2025, I purchased an Apple Watch 10 (46 mm) through Pasaj under order number 20256564762. Even though I have used the watch carefully and with full protection, the paint began peeling on the part that touches my wrist. It started as a single spot, but over time it spread, and now there are 7–8 different areas where the paint has peeled. I have never dropped the watch, never used accessories that could damage it, and I always check it carefully before putting it on the charger each night.

The product is still under warranty, and since this issue is not caused by user error, I contacted MediaMarkt. However, they told me that paint peeling is not covered under warranty. After researching the issue, I found that many other users have experienced the same problem. While I am generally satisfied with the watch, this paint-peeling issue is clearly a quality defect, and the possibility of it happening again is concerning.

I am requesting that Apple provide a replacement for my product as a solution.
