Apple Watch 10 Passcode Menu Not Clickable Since Day One — Replacement Requested Under Warranty

In May, I purchased an Apple Watch 10 from MediaMarkt. From the very first day, the Passcode section has been completely unresponsive. When I try to set a passcode, all options in the passcode menu are greyed out / not clickable, so I cannot proceed at all. I have reset the passcode multiple times and followed on-device prompts, but the problem persists and the watch shuts me out of any passcode setup every time.
The device is under warranty. I have not yet contacted Apple or MediaMarkt support because I tried to solve it on my own, but nothing has worked. Given that the fault has existed since day one and affects a core security feature, I request a clear, step-by-step fix or, if necessary, a device replacement under warranty.
Please review this recurring defect urgently and provide a definitive resolution. A premium device should not ship with a passcode function that cannot be activated, and customers should not be left troubleshooting a persistent software/hardware issue on their own.
