Premature Yellowing and Warranty Denial in an Apple Licensed Case
In just five months after buying an officially licensed case with the Apple logo, it has turned a very noticeable shade of yellow. The KVK service department told me they couldn't handle the claim because of impact damage, even though I sent it in for warranty service. Is there damage or does the product show signs of yellowing? I think so. I would like to request either a refund or a replacement for the product. Nothing was lost when I paid ten times the price.
