My iPhone 14 Pro Max has developed an issue with the charging port, where only a single tooth in the port has broken. Despite the minor nature of this damage, Apple is demanding a high replacement fee. This is surprising given that this is a significant issue with such a major device, and the damage is limited to just one tooth. If this trend continues, it seems like iPhones will become increasingly problematic. I recommend that Apple reconsider their approach to this issue. My service request number is 1013425.
