iPhone 13 Sound Issues After iOS 17 Update
After updating my iPhone 13 128 GB to iOS 17, I noticed a significant change in the sound from the earpiece. This problem made it nearly impossible to hear the other person on the other end of a phone call, whether I was making or receiving it. I immediately contacted Apple, who suggested it was a hardware issue. While that explanation seemed plausible at first, further investigation revealed that many others, both on Apple's official support forums and among my own contacts, were experiencing the same issue. It quickly became clear that the iOS 17 update had rendered my device virtually unusable. Because I rely heavily on my iPhone for communication, the frustration of experiencing this widespread issue after a software update was disheartening. I hope Apple acts quickly to address and resolve this issue, as it has left me and many others with a subpar phone experience.
