Appstore App BITSOFT360 Not a Secure Service, Don't Use Ever

I can't believe the stuff I'm dealing with! I totally trusted the App Store and joined the Bitsoft360 app. But, like, even after I got rid of the app, I keep getting these annoying calls from random numbers with people who sound all weird and foreign. It's so annoying. I have no clue how to cancel my membership or get rid of my phone number from their records. How come the App Store lets these apps exist? I think this problem is all Apple's fault. So, like, everyone depends on Apple for buying apps on their phones, and now I'm bummed out with Apple too. I told Apple Customer Service about my problem, but they haven't given me a solution yet.
