I Discovered a Flaw in an iPhone Application

October 18, 2023 10:26 AM34

I have an iPhone, and I keep having the same problem with it. Every time I install or uninstall an app, my device shows those apps as recently deleted applications in the battery percentage section. You know what's even worse? Some of these apps seem to keep running in the background, even when I've turned off my phone. I first came across this problem in July, and I started to suspect more in August. So, I decided to reach out to customer support. In July, they said to reset the device, but the problem still didn't go away. In August, when I contacted them again, a support agent remotely accessed my phone, acted like the issue wasn't a big deal, and didn't offer any real solution. So, today, after yet another annoying chat with customer support, they're still trying to avoid addressing my concerns by suggesting a factory reset. This is a big problem - it not only messes up my phone's performance, but it also makes me worry about security. I wanted to tell you about my experience so that you can be aware of this ongoing issue.
