

On April 15, 2023, I visited the authorized Karsiyaka Apple Zentech service center with my Apple Watch Nike series, which had a FH7W400PJ8MT serial number. Unfortunately, the warranty for my smartwatch had already expired. The device was stuck on the Apple logo and wouldn't turn on, so I decided to have it repaired for a fee. Two days later, on April 17, 2023, I received an SMS message on my mobile phone from the service center. The message stated, "Mr. Tarkan Ş****, your paid service offer is waiting for customer approval. For offer details, visit takip.zentechservis.com or call 0850 255 00 99 B021." When I accessed the provided website, the diagnosis in the service report section indicated that the watch was still stuck on the Apple logo. The message also mentioned that I could opt for a device exchange for TL 3,089 since my warranty had expired.On May 6, 2023, at 11:43, I received another SMS information message from the company, notifying me that my product with the SRV223789 registration number was ready for delivery from their service point. The message provided the same contact information as before. However, when I visited the service center to retrieve my watch, they informed me that it was out of warranty and deemed non-repairable. They returned the watch to me and mentioned that it would not be processed due to unauthorized interference outside of their service. It is important to note that Apple Watches, specifically the 42mm Nike series, cannot be processed if they are tampered with by unauthorized service providers. This aligns with the legal warnings and recommendations outlined in the Device Acceptance Form that I signed. I am deeply dissatisfied with Apple's Zentech service and its officials for not providing the necessary information. I paid a fee of TL 3,089, trusting that the company would fulfill its commitment to replace the watch with a new one and address my grievance. If the company fails to rectify the situation by replacing my Apple Watch Nike 42mm, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention and kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.
