Apple Technical Service Does Nothing

Green dots appear on the camera of my iPhone 13 in brightly lit environments. Sometimes small, sometimes big, sometimes several. For this reason, I sent my device to Apple Van technical service. But my device was sent back saying that the error did not occur again. No action was taken. I still have those noticeable spots on my device. I uploaded the photo samples to the gallery and reported them to the technical service. I don't understand how it can be said that the mistake was not repeated. Moreover, I asked for support regarding the battery and my battery health quickly dropped to 82%. I don't play games on my phone. Is this battery problem a joke?
