Apple Store Charged My Credit Card Without My Authorization

An unauthorized transaction of ₺39,999 has been made on my Shop&Fly Garanti credit card from the Apple Online Store without my knowledge and approval. At Apple, I have experienced a withdrawal due to a security vulnerability without receiving any approval code or confirmation. Since I did not receive any order number notification for the created order, I am unable to proceed with the cancellation of the order without an order number. I request Apple to promptly cancel the created order and provide the necessary refund.
