I'm writing to report that nine unauthorized transactions totaling 600 TL were made on my Bonus Trink credit card without my knowledge. These transactions were completed on Apple.com/Bill, and I received no confirmation message. I suspect that my credit card information was copied and used without my permission to make these purchases. I am requesting a full refund for the money spent on these transactions. I will take legal action against your company if I do not receive a refund. It is unacceptable that someone can use my credit card without my knowledge or consent, and I will not allow this situation to continue. I strongly advise you to investigate how my credit card information was compromised.
