Unauthorized Charges from Apple.com/bill - Refund Requested Immediately

I recently noticed that ₺81 was withdrawn from my account under "Apple.com/bill" without my consent. This is especially frustrating since I don’t even use any Apple services. I have no knowledge of this transaction and certainly did not authorize it.
I immediately canceled my card to prevent further unauthorized charges, but I demand that all amounts withdrawn without my permission be refunded promptly. This lack of transparency and unauthorized withdrawal is unacceptable.
Apple must take action to investigate this matter and ensure the refund is processed without delay. As a customer, I expect better security and communication regarding such incidents. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
