Apple Maps Missing Transit Stops and Miscalculating Routes—Requesting Fix

In the Apple Maps application, even when I am standing right next to a Metrobus stop, the app does not display these stops, which causes it to calculate my travel time incorrectly. This issue does not occur at just one location—Apple Maps fails to show Metrobus stops at every stop I use. So far, I have encountered this problem approximately 17 times.

I updated the app, deleted it, and reinstalled it, but the problem still persists. My device is under warranty, and I am signed in with an active Apple ID.

I expect Apple to update the Metrobus and bicycle route data so that travel times are shown accurately. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
