Apple iPhone 11 Not Taking Charge After Updating to iOS 17
I'm an iPhone 11 user. After updating to version 17, my phone stopped charging. When I plug it in, the charging icon appears, but it doesn't charge. I've contacted customer service multiple times. They acknowledged the issue and said it would be fixed with the next update. Two more updates have come, but the problem persists. I can only charge the phone when it's turned off, causing disruptions to my work. I don't know how they will address my problem, but I'm going to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board now. It's been a month, and they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I am dissatisfied.
