Apple iPhone 12 128 GB Battery Failure
On October 20, 2023, I made the purchase from Vatan Bilgisayar of a white iPhone 12 with 128 GB of storage space. Since October 23 I've been having issues with my phone battery. It will be fully charged at 8 in the morning, but by early afternoon it will only have 1-2% of its charge left. I called the company to get some kind of technical support so I could figure out how to fix this problem, but I couldn't get through. I've been struggling with this problem for the past week, and I still don't have a good answer for how to fix it.
On Saturday, I went to the customer relations department at the Izmir Gaziemir store. The representative there told me to install the iOS 17 update, saying that it would fix the charging issue. I went home and installed it, but the problem persists. I will use it like this for a few more days. I want a real solution from Vatan Computer or iPhone, not just stalling!
