Apple Denies Warranty For MacBook Air M1 Screen Pixel Defect
I am writing to escalate an issue regarding my MacBook MacBook Air 13″ M1, FVFLMAQ91WFY that I submitted to Apple Authorized Service in Turkey. The service team claims that there is a bend on the left corner of the device causing pixel issues on the screen, and that this is due to user damage. I firmly disagree with this assessment. My MacBook was in perfect cosmetic condition when I submitted it, with no scratches, dents, paint damage, or any other signs of physical impact. Therefore, the reported bend and resulting screen issue cannot be attributed to any user mishandling. I believe this is a manufacturing or panel defect rather than user damage. I have requested the photos taken at the time of initial device submission and will provide them once received. I kindly request that this case be escalated to a Senior Advisor or the appropriate Global team for a fair review. I am seeking either a free repair or a replacement under warranty for this issue.
The photos taken at the time of delivery were sent to me by Gürgençler. This is the condition of the computer at the time of delivery.
