Apple Charged Me Four Times Without My Consent

I subscribed to four apps, and I didn't receive any notifications that the trial period had ended. Then, without warning, I realized that they had charged me for all four subscriptions at the same time. To make matters worse, I can't even delete my Apple payment method. I'm completely baffled and frustrated. How could they just take my money and not tell me? I will certainly request a refund. To be honest, this situation is absurd.
