Apple's Remini App Involves Unauthorized Payments

Multiple unauthorized charges were made using the card that is associated with my Apple ID. Multiple times, I have been charged as if I were a subscriber to an app even though I have never given my consent to do so. There is no question that I did not subscribe; rather, I downloaded it and then removed it. I checked, and although I had deleted the app quite some time ago, money is still being deducted from my account each month. I would like to request that the money be returned to me. The name of the mobile application (app) that deducted the funds is Remini.
