Apple Attempted To Bill My Debit Card

I saw that my debit card had been used without my permission. First, someone tried to take out 19 TL without my knowledge. Then, someone tried to take out 109 TL through a message. I got a message saying that I didn't have enough money on my card for this transaction. Later, I found out that all the money on my card had been taken out at 4 a.m. to pay a 227-TL Apple bill. I didn't buy anything for this amount, and the only thing I've signed up for is a Disney subscription for 34 TL. I think that my card information might have been saved in an app. I want my money back right away, because it's a lot of money.
