I'm in shock and distress after discovering that on August 23, 2023, someone made five consecutive withdrawals of 2,999,999 Turkish Lira from my mother's credit card at apple.com/bill. My mother has no Apple subscriptions or memberships, and to our surprise, neither she nor our bank, Akbank, were aware of these transactions. In addition, Google Ads CC managed to take 4,000 Turkish Lira from her credit card. In summary, both Google and apple.com/bill managed to withdraw a staggering total of 19,000 Turkish Lira despite the fact that my mother had no valid subscriptions or memberships in her name. They have seized money that is not theirs. I humbly request that this injustice be corrected as soon as possible. These behemoth corporations depleted an elderly woman's credit card. Our ordeal has been exacerbated by Akbank's lack of vigilance. I'm at a loss as to which authority I should approach for assistance.
