Apple Has Not Resolved My Fraudulent App Store Credit Card Transaction

On June 8, 2026, at 15:40:44, a completely unauthorized charge of $2,821 was made through Apple Store R583 using my Apple account and charged to my credit card. I did not approve this transaction, and it was carried out without my knowledge or consent.

When I contacted Apple Support, I was informed that my case had been forwarded to the risk department for review, but no concrete solution has been provided so far. During this process, I have not only suffered financial harm from a high-value unauthorized transaction but have also been left dealing with ongoing uncertainty.

I urgently request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the full amount of $2,821 be refunded to the bank card used for the payment. I also request a detailed security review of my account and payment information, along with the necessary measures to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
