If Apple Pay failed to send money, first check whether Apple Pay or Apple Cash is experiencing a service outage, then confirm your internet connection, software version, and that both your Apple ID and Wallet settings are active.
If you're sending money through Apple Cash, verify your identity if prompted and ensure you have not exceeded transaction limits or regional eligibility requirements.
If the transfer still fails, confirm that your linked debit card has sufficient funds and has not been declined by the issuing bank.
Review the error message in Wallet, contact your bank if the card was rejected, and reach out to Apple Support if your account is restricted or the payment continues to fail after completing all required checks.
If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
