Amway Sent Incomplete Order and Refuses to Resolve the Missing Item Issue

Amway failed to send all the items I ordered, and they’re treating me like it’s my fault. On August 12, 2024, I placed an order (7021642314) for three products, but only two arrived. I ordered two of the same item and one different one. While I received the two identical products, the third item was missing from the box. I reported this to Amway with a formal complaint, but they sent me a photo claiming the missing item was packed. They even asked me for a video of the unboxing, which is absurd. I shouldn’t have to record every unboxing to prove my case. How do I know someone didn’t take the item before the box was sealed? They’re shifting the blame to the courier and refusing to accept responsibility. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a catalog sales company. How can a global company not even ship three items correctly? I’m demanding either a refund or the immediate delivery of the missing product.
