My Amway Water Purifier Constantly Fails Due to Defective Filters and Poor Support

During the pandemic, I purchased an Amway water purifier, and since then, it’s been nothing but trouble. The device constantly reports filter errors, and out of all the filters I’ve received, I’ve only been able to use two successfully—the rest have all been faulty.
Whenever I report the issue, they send replacements but make it seem like they’re doing me a huge favor. On top of that, installing the water tubes is a nightmare. I bought the device in one city and now live in another, and no service technician is available to help install or fix the tubing where I am.
The entire experience has been deeply disappointing. It feels like Amway just wants to sell a subpar product and leave customers on their own. Post-sale support consists of scolding, not service. This is the only product I’ve ever purchased from Amway, and I won’t be buying or recommending anything else from them again.
