Urgent: Unlock Amazon Prime Account and Cancel Prime Membership

My Amazon Prime account was suddenly locked today with a message stating that it was “locked due to misuse”. I did not misuse my account in any way and was only trying to log in normally. I registered my Amazon Prime account only with my phone number, not with an email address. When I entered the verification code and tried to continue, I was shown the “locked due to misuse” warning and I could not access my account anymore. I request that my Amazon Prime account be urgently reviewed and unlocked as soon as possible, as I have not violated any rules to my knowledge. I also request that my current Amazon Prime subscription be cancelled immediately as of now, that no further charges be made to me, and that I receive a written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled.
