I ordered a skirt from Amazon two days ago and received it today at my address in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. When I tried it on, I realized it is too small and therefore I would like to return it. However, I do not have any transportation to go and return the product myself. I have been trying to call Amazon customer service, but my calls are not going through, and I have not been able to reach anyone for support. I also cannot find the order number in my profile, so I am unable to use it in this complaint. Because of these circumstances, I am kindly requesting that Amazon provide me with a prepaid return shipping label by email, or arrange a return option that does not require me to travel, so that I can send the skirt back and receive my refund in a smooth way.
