Amazon Return Not Recognized for One of Two Identical T-Shirt Packs

I am writing about an issue with an Amazon return involving two identical items: “5 Pack Men's Dry Fit T Shirts Athletic Running Gym Workout Short Sleeve Tee Shirts for Men.” I purchased two packs of these shirts, but both were too small, so I returned both at the same time to a Kohl’s store in Jefferson City, MO in late June or early July. Amazon has already refunded me, but I recently received an email stating that if you do not receive one of the t‑shirt packs, you will recharge my card. I want to be clear that I already returned both packs together at the Kohl’s drop‑off more than a month ago and no longer have the drop‑off confirmation, as my email system deletes older messages. My Amazon account is registered with the email address ccragh***@fulton58.org. I kindly request that you recognize that both packs were returned, stop any planned recharge to my card, and close this return issue without any additional charges to me. I ask that this situation be reviewed and resolved so that I am not unfairly billed again for an item I have already returned.
