Amazon Not Fully Refunded For Returns

I received 3 items in one package. All items didn't fit so I requested a return. The return page wouldn't allow me to put all 3 items on one return label so I printed a return label for each of the 3 items and affixed it to each item. I enclosed all 3 items in the orginal shipping package and returned. I later received notification that I had been refunded for 1 item and not the other 2. I cannot get in touch with customer service or a chat line. Please advise or provide me with information on who to contact so that I can get refunded for 2 of the 3 items returned.
