Amazon Drivers Repeatedly Ignore Front Porch Delivery Instructions

I am writing regarding repeated problems with Amazon deliveries to my address, most recently on 08/09/2026 for Order #111-4482916-5341822. In my delivery preferences I have clearly selected “front door” and added detailed instructions: “Please leave all packages on the enclosed front porch. If it is locked, which is unusual, you can leave it on the back porch. Please do not leave anything on the steps.” There is also a physical sign on my front door with similar instructions. Despite this, packages are repeatedly being left on the front steps, fully exposed, instead of on the enclosed front porch as requested. The photo I have provided shows the most recent example from 08/09/2026. This is not an isolated incident; it has happened with several recent deliveries. I have submitted feedback on previous orders through the delivery feedback options, but the behavior has not changed and the instructions continue to be ignored. I also tried to get help through Amazon’s online support, but when I searched for chat assistance I was presented with thousands of unrelated help items and could not reach an actual support representative to address this recurring delivery issue. I would like Amazon to take whatever internal steps are necessary to ensure that drivers consistently follow the delivery instructions on my account going forward, including the request not to leave packages on the steps. I am asking that this issue be escalated and that my address be clearly flagged so that future drivers leave packages on the enclosed front porch as specified.
