Amazon Delivery Problems, Instructions To Leave On Back Porch

I have a long‑standing issue with Amazon deliveries not following my very clear delivery instructions. My orders are placed directly with Amazon, and on every single order, I write that the packages must be left on the back porch, not on the front porch. Despite this, roughly 8 out of my last 10 orders have still been left on the front porch. This is not a minor inconvenience for me. I have bad arthritis, and it is very difficult and painful for me to get out onto the front porch and lift or carry packages from there. The back porch is where I can safely and more easily reach my deliveries. When the drivers ignore these instructions, it creates a serious accessibility problem. I have contacted Amazon customer service multiple times about this, and they keep asking me to leave delivery instructions on my orders, which I already do every time. However, the problem persists, and the drivers still leave the packages on the front porch, so the existing process is clearly not working in my case. I am requesting that my address be specifically and permanently flagged in your system so that drivers clearly see and must follow the instruction to leave all packages on the back porch, not the front porch. I would appreciate it if this could be implemented and confirmed so that future deliveries are handled in a way that takes my health condition and accessibility needs into account.
