Amazon Defective TV Not Turning On – Request Repair or Replacement

I purchased an Acer 32 inch Android television online from Amazon. For the last 7 days the TV has not been turning on at all. When I try to switch it on, the TV does not open and nothing appears on the screen. I have not yet contacted Acer service or Amazon support about this problem. I want the TV to be properly repaired under the necessary service or, if it cannot be repaired, I request a suitable solution to be provided. I kindly request that my issue be checked as soon as possible and that I be informed about the repair process.
