Amazon Prime Streaming Problem

I am using an LG OLED 65C7P TV, and for at least the last two days, I have not been able to use the Prime Video app properly. Each time I try to open Prime Video on the TV, the app never gets beyond the opening “Prime TV” screen and does not proceed to the content selection page. This happens every single time we try to launch the app. I have not yet tried any troubleshooting steps on the TV or within the app. When I attempted to contact Prime Video customer support about this problem, I was directed to this platform instead. At this stage, my primary expectation is to receive clear guidance on how to resolve this issue so that Prime Video can open and function normally again on my LG OLED 65C7P. I kindly request your support in identifying the cause of this problem and providing step‑by‑step instructions or any necessary updates to restore proper access to the Prime Video service on my TV.
