Amare GLOBAL Order Stuck in Shipping
Even though it is now February 23rd, the item I ordered from Amare GLOBAL on January 24th is still nowhere to be seen. I contacted them twice; on the first occasion, they assured me that the items would be delivered next week due to stock problems. It has been one month since I placed my order, therefore I contacted you once again today. Do you think I'm crazy? Inform them directly if it is not available. Its availability was a factor in our decision to place the order. How would you describe this service? "I can't give you a date right now," the other party answered in response to my question, "When will my order arrive?" This served to infuriate me more. Please, fulfill my order or I will never return!
