Amare Global Disregards My Request to Cancel Auto-Ship
On February 6, 2024, I set up a monthly order with Amare GLOBAL for automatic shipments. Realizing I wanted to make a one-time purchase, I quickly sent an email to cancel the automatic shipments. Even though I got an automated message saying I'd hear back within 48 hours, I never received a response. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service at ****3566565, but the line is always busy. As of March 6, I'm still struggling to cancel the recurring charges and shipments, and it seems like no one is willing to help me out.
