Allianz Rejected My Bathroom Insurance Claim Despite Evidence of Recent Damage
I purchased house insurance from Allianz, and just 15 days later, I faced an insulation problem in my bathroom. I reached out to Allianz for an expert review, but my claim was denied by the expert, who stated that the damage must have happened over a month ago. Just a week after the expert's visit, I noticed water dripping from my neighbor's bathroom ceiling, clearly indicating that the damage couldn't have begun a month ago. This shows that the expert's evaluation was not accurate and did not involve a thorough assessment. I feel let down that my claim was rejected without a proper review. I feel that the expert's inexperience played a significant role in this outcome, and I urge Allianz to take another look at the situation and handle this issue justly.
