AliExpress Account Freeze Problem — Unable to Withdraw Funds After Deposit
Since September 22, 2025, I had a balance of ₺48,000 in my AliExpress account from purchases made via IBAN. Today, I received an in-app notification stating that my account would be frozen at 8:00 PM. No rule violation or reason was provided—only that this action was taken because I could not maintain the required balance requested during a task. When the funds were requested, I explained that my balance was not sufficient, and shortly after, I was told my account would be frozen.
I have never experienced such an issue before. I deposited the ₺48,000 into my account via bank transfer, and I still have the receipt. After my account was frozen, I attempted to withdraw my balance, but I was unsuccessful. Up to this point, I have not been able to reach AliExpress customer service.
This transaction was carried out from Gaziantep, and I am requesting that my balance be refunded to me before my account remains frozen. I expect an urgent response and resolution to this matter.
