AliExpress Seller Refused to Refund My €118 for Missing LED Bee-Eye Lamps

On September 18, 2024, I purchased two LED bee-eye lamps on AliExpress for €118, but to this day, I have not received the lamps. I reached out to AliExpress to request a refund, but the seller refused to return the money. AliExpress initially promised to compensate me with coupons, but I never received them either. In the end, AliExpress informed me that they could not assist further. They claim I received the shipment based on TRAC17 tracking, which shows the shipment was declared at Lithuanian customs on October 8, 2024. However, upon contacting Lithuanian customs, I was told that no such shipment had arrived in Lithuania. I provided this information to AliExpress, but they have remained silent and have not resolved the shipment or issued a refund.
