I rented a car from Alamo at Frankfurt Airport on October 16 at 14:10 and returned it to Stuttgart Airport on October 18 at 13:00 as scheduled. However, I never received a return confirmation email, and now I am being wrongfully contacted by Alamo Wolfsburg, claiming I never returned the vehicle.

After investigating, I discovered that the Frankfurt office incorrectly recorded the drop-off location, which caused this issue. This is not my mistake, yet I am the one being inconvenienced.

I need Alamo to correct this error immediately. If you can contact them on my behalf, please do so. Alternatively, please provide the customer service email and phone number for Alamo Germany so I can resolve this issue. This mistake needs to be fixed now!
