Akbank Charged My Credit Card Without My Knowledge for the Second Time
Money was withdrawn from my Akbank credit card without my knowledge. I also have credit cards from other banks, but I’ve never encountered such an issue with them. This is the second time it has happened with Akbank. I believe Akbank fails to protect its customers’ funds, even though this should be a bank’s primary responsibility. As a result, customers are left to deal with the entire burden. Now I have to close the card, fill out a transaction dispute form, and wait for a response. Depending on the outcome of my dispute, I plan to file a lawsuit against both the bank and the company involved in the unauthorized transaction.
