First of all, we would like to say that we are sorry for the situation you are experiencing. As a bank, we would like you to know that we carefully evaluate all feedback from our customers and that this feedback sheds light on our improvement activities. We have carefully evaluated your notification within the scope of our customer-oriented approach and ongoing improvement efforts and have taken the necessary measures. Our review found that our Customer Communication Consultant gave incorrect information about the credit card closing date. However, unfortunately, we cannot respond positively to your request to reopen the credit card. Thank you for your sensitivity. We wish you happy days. Akbank"  You accept that the customer representative gave incorrect information, and because of this incorrect information, you declare that you victimized the user of your most prestigious credit card, which you call Wings Black, due to the mistake of your employee, and do not offer a solution. I want my credit card and my flight points back. This is my legal right, otherwise I would like to inform you that I will apply to the judicial authorities, without prejudice to my receivables.
