Akbank Mobile Banking Allowed Unauthorized Access and Transactions on My Account

My Akbank mobile banking account was accessed without my authorization by individuals posing as Akbank employees, resulting in unauthorized transactions. It’s alarming that third parties could bypass verification and access the banking app without approval from my registered phone number, exposing a serious security vulnerability. Recently, fraudsters have exploited Akbank’s security measures, even using fake Akbank ads on social media to target accounts. I request that Akbank urgently review its security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, particularly on the mobile banking app. I’ve filed a complaint regarding this issue but have not received a response. I kindly ask that my financial losses from this incident be resolved promptly, along with a re-evaluation of my credit transactions. Sincerely,
