Akbank Allows Unauthorized Transactions on My Card and Avoids Responsibility

I've noticed some troubling unauthorized transactions on my Akbank card recently. Once the cardholder notices these charges, the bank appears to sidestep accountability, leaving the customer in a frustrating and unresolved predicament. It's quite strange that this problem appears to occur exclusively with Akbank. Could it be just a coincidence? I have serious reservations about that. I have a growing concern that there could be an internal problem within the bank. As a customer, I anticipate clear communication and a comprehensive review of these issues. It’s concerning to feel vulnerable when relying on a bank for my financial safety. I strongly encourage Akbank to address these issues with the seriousness they deserve and to offer transparent responses to prevent similar situations for others in the future.
