Akbank Did Not Provide an IBAN for My Teknosa Installment Payment

I bought a phone from Teknosa and need to make a payment in three installments through Akbank. However, I do not know which IBAN to use for the payment. I have tried calling Akbank customer service, but since I am not a customer of the bank, I cannot reach a representative. I also tried using the mobile app, but it did not work. During a video call with a customer representative, they told me I would need to visit the bank in person. As someone who works full-time, getting time off is very difficult. In an era where technology has advanced so much, I find it hard to understand why such a simple task cannot be completed online. If they could at least provide an IBAN and tell me to make the payment there, it would be extremely helpful. Please assist me in resolving this issue.
