I Did Not Receive the Bonus for My Water Dispenser
On June 28, 2025, I came across a special Akbank campaign offering ₺1,000 chip-para for end-of-month spending. The campaign stated that spending ₺10,000 or more would instantly reward the user with ₺1,000 chip-para. To ensure I understood the terms correctly, I called Akbank customer service at 444 25 25 and confirmed the details. I also told the representative about my planned purchase and then placed a ₺10,999 water dispenser order from Hepsiburada, confirming my campaign participation. While I was initially told the ₺1,000 would be credited instantly—or within 24 hours—it never arrived. Upon calling again, another representative confirmed I met the criteria and said the bonus would be credited on July 4, 2025. However, when I called on that date, I was told I hadn’t joined the campaign at all. Later, I received a message saying I hadn’t met the campaign conditions. This inconsistent and misleading communication from different Akbank staff made me question the competence and coordination within the bank. These actions have deeply damaged my trust, and I demand the issue be resolved. I also request that all phone calls with me be reviewed. If the ₺1,000 chip-para is not credited despite meeting all requirements, I will terminate my relationship with Akbank.
