AJet Did Not Let Me Check In My Wife Despite Having Tickets for 3 People

I purchased tickets for three people from AJet Airlines. While checking in, the system gave an error for one of the passengers—my wife. One of the other passengers is elderly and has a fear of flying, and the other is a 4-year-old child. This situation is causing serious stress for our entire family. Neither the system nor customer service has been able to fix the check-in issue for my wife. As of now, we cannot complete her check-in, which is a serious problem. Customer service has been completely unhelpful. Passengers are required to be at the airport two hours before the flight, and under these conditions, that won’t be possible. This issue needs to be resolved urgently.
