Ajet Canceled My Cheap Ticket Three Times - Changed Flight Times Unfairly
Ajet Airlines promotes cheap ticket campaigns but cancels them after three months, redefining the ticket for a much longer period. This strategy prevents ticket holders from canceling their tickets for free within a year if there are changes in their civil details. This year, all Istanbul-Bodrum transactions were canceled, and flights were reassigned to times that were not usable. For example, my Bodrum-Istanbul morning flight was changed to an evening time, preventing me from getting to work in the morning. The company collects money from customers three months in advance, uses this money for its benefit, and then pushes customers to reschedule for three or four months later. This way, Ajet Airlines uses customers' money interest-free for months, gains an unfair advantage, and leaves customers in a difficult situation. My ticket with the code 1KPA61 PNR was canceled three times, and even the flight time of the same ticket was changed twice in a single day. The goal is clearly to make us request a refund. While public revenues related to this issue are increasing, I have not been able to get a satisfactory outcome. To avoid falling into this modern trap, we should avoid purchasing tickets from AJET's so-called cheap ticket campaigns. Those who have had the same experience should share this company's unfair practices, as it is a civic duty to warn others.
