AirPods 4 Lost On Ajet Flight and Not Found
On October 26, during Ajet flight VF4108 from Ankara to Ağrı, I lost my white AirPods 4 with noise cancellation on the plane. During the flight, other passengers informed me that the AirPods had been found and handed over to the cabin crew. Upon arrival in Ağrı, I realized my AirPods were missing and immediately reported it to the cabin crew. They told me that the AirPods were believed to have been left from the previous flight and were handed over to the lost and found office at Esenboğa Airport before departure. I then contacted Ajet both by phone and in writing to request the return of my device, but I was told that no lost device had been reported and that the AirPods could not be found. When I checked the location of my AirPods, I received a “location not available” message, leading me to suspect that they may have been stolen by someone after being handed to the cabin crew. This situation deeply concerns me, especially since it involves the staff of a company we trust with our safety. The value of my AirPods is ₺8,299. I request that my device be located and those responsible be identified. It is unacceptable for such an incident to occur with an airline to which we entrust our lives, and I demand that my grievance be resolved.
