My Airbnb Account is Locked And I Can't Open a New Account

When making a reservation on Airbnb, it requests identification information. So, I used my boyfriend's picture and ID. However, my account was subsequently locked and eventually removed. I attempted to open a new account with a different email, but it was rejected because my phone number was linked to the old email, making it impossible to make a reservation. Frustrated, we tried using my boyfriend's profile, but that also led to his account getting locked. We've been unable to reach anyone to help resolve this issue. It's incredibly frustrating that on such a massive platform, we can't find anyone to address the problems we're facing. I urgently need my profile to be reactivated.
